Start with your business details

Tell us your business name, type, city, services and the phone number to display. You may provide a Google Business link and your own logo. If you do not have a logo ready, the sample can use simple text branding. Do not submit information you do not want shown on the website.

Review your sample first

We prepare a mobile-friendly sample and share its private link for you to review. Check the business information, design and content before approval. An unpaid sample remains available for 24 hours. The preparation time depends on complete information and processing availability; a five-minute turnaround is not guaranteed.

After verified payment

We initiate handover of the approved website after payment has been verified. Hosting and domain activation are completed within 48 hours after verified payment and all required domain, access and registrant confirmations. The subscription period starts on activation.

If domain availability changes before purchase, we will ask you to choose another eligible name. We do not purchase an alternative name without your agreement. DNS propagation, registrar checks or incomplete customer information can affect when a domain becomes reachable; we will explain any delay and the next step.

Using your existing domain

You keep ownership and responsibility for renewing your domain. We provide the required DNS connection instructions and arrange activation after the necessary access or DNS changes are confirmed. The website-and-hosting plan includes connection of your domain; it does not include paying your registrar renewal fee.

Delivery concerns

No physical shipping or physical return is required. If your website link is inaccessible or activation is delayed, contact info@qualitywebs.in or +91 99268 31889 with your order details. Refund requests are handled under the cancellation and refund policy.
