Who provides the service

Quality Webs provides the website-design and hosting services described on this site. Contact: info@qualitywebs.in, +91 99268 31889. Existing orders retain their agreed terms unless a change is expressly agreed.

Your annual plan

₹6,000 per year includes a mobile-friendly business website, hosting and one eligible standard domain. ₹5,500 per year includes the website and hosting when you supply your own domain. Both prices include 18% GST. Renewal is the same annual plan price; there is no separate ₹2,000 renewal charge.

The included domain must be available and within our ₹1,200 all-in supplier purchase limit. Premium domains and names above that limit are not included. We confirm an eligible name before purchase; a search result does not reserve a domain. Customers using their own domain remain responsible for its registration and renewal.

Preview, approval and activation

You supply accurate business details and any logo/content you are entitled to use. We prepare a sample for review before purchase. An unpaid sample expires after 24 hours; expiry removes access, not necessarily all associated records. An approved website is handed over after verified payment. Hosting and domain activation are completed within 48 hours after verified payment and all required domain, access and registrant confirmations.

You authorize use of supplied material for your website and must not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party content without permission. A payment screenshot, reference number or message alone does not confirm receipt. We do not promise a guaranteed five-minute delivery time.

Revisions, support and branding

Each paid subscription year includes up to 10 minor changes and 3 major revision rounds, resetting on paid annual renewal. We explain the scope and category before counting a revision. New software features, custom applications or unlimited redesigns are not included. See the support page for examples.

Paid sites retain a small “Designed and developed by Quality Webs” footer. The separately selected free plan carries more prominent Quality Webs branding.

The optional free plan

The free plan runs for 12 months on a Quality Webs subdomain. It requires Quality Webs branding and does not include a custom domain or connection of an existing domain. It must be selected separately; an unpaid preview does not automatically become the free plan. No automatic charge follows the free period. Activation is confirmed with you before the free period begins.

Renewal, cancellation and service concerns

Paid hosting lasts 12 months from activation. Renewal requires a new confirmed payment; we do not automatically debit you. You may decline renewal by contacting support before expiry. Without renewal, hosting ends at the expiry stated for your plan. We will explain domain renewal and any required action separately.

Our cancellation and refund policy forms part of these terms. You may request a refund within 30 days of activation; only an agreed domain already purchased is non-refundable at its actual cost. Hosting is not deducted. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support for non-delivery, a duplicate payment or a service complaint.
